Reliance moves to Global Pipeline Business

    RIL is exploring new opportunities outside India to expand its global pipeline construction business. Reliance Industries is expected to bid for building Rs. 3,000 crore worth of oil and gas pipeline in Mexico.


    Mexico based Petroleos Mexicanos plans to invite bids from international firms to build a USD 600 million, 230 km natural gas pipeline, to boost transmission capacities in the central and western parts of Mexico.


    Reliance has also sought Indian Government’s approval to construct two pipeline projects in India. The pipelines are to be laid from Kakinada to Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu and till Bardhaman in West Bengal.
